Chatham County’s Spring AG Fest will be held this year on Saturday, March 25th from 10 to 2 at the Chatham County NC Agriculture and Conference Center (1192 US 64 Business West) in Pittsboro. There will be exhibitors, vendors, livestock, and events. This event is free and open to the public.

Veterans, their families, and all members of the community are invited to the Veterans Memorial at the Sanford Municipal Center (225 E Weatherspoon Street) on Wednesday, March 29th for a special flag raising in honor of Vietnam Veterans Day. The ceremony will begin at 12:00.

Currently, there is a NEW toy drive taking place through May 5th for North Carolina children ages zero to eighteen who are fighting cancer and other illnesses.
