Red Branch Baptist Church’s (1748 Old River Road, Carthage) Fall Festival will take place on October 31st from 6 to 7:30 pm. There will be a trunk-or-treat, hotdogs, Christ-centered fellowship, and fun!
Vietnam Veterans of America, Chapter 966 will be displaying 500 American Flags at the West End Fire Department (Routes 211 and 73 in West End) from Saturday November 4th thru Sunday the 12th, honoring living and deceased military personnel. A dedication ceremony will be on Sunday November 5th at 2:00. All are invited to attend.
Jonesboro United Methodist Church’s (407 West Main Street, Sanford) fall bazaar will be on November 4th from 8 to 1. There will be crafts, a boutique, canned goods and bake goods along with vegetable soup and chicken pot pies.

Rock Hill Friends Church (148 Rock Hill Church Road) in Eagle Springs is hosting a youth fundraiser on Saturday, November 4th starting at 10 am. There will be a car show, BBQ plates for $10, 50/50 raffle, craft sale, and Christian concert at 2:00.

This family-friendly event will showcase original art from North Carolina veterans of all backgrounds, art levels, and branches of service. The hours are 11 to 9 Thursday through Saturday and 11 to 5 Sunday.
