On Saturday, September 16th, the Vietnam Veterans of America Moore County will be remembering POWs and MIAs at the Moore County Veterans Memorial (near the intersection of NC Highway 24/27 and NC Highway 15-501) in Carthage. Starting at 11:00, there will be patriotic music, readings, reading of names of NC POW/MIA and wreath laying.
