The Biscoe Presbyterian Church will hold the Gordon Davis Relay for Life Soup and Dessert Meal on January 7th from 4 to 7:00 pm. This will be a donation only event this year. The meal is vegetable beef soup or chicken stew, grilled cheese, and a dessert. Eat in or take out.
The St. Francis Anglican Church in Sanford is holding casting call for The Last Supper. The production will occur during the third week of March. Needed for the enactment is actors, choir, string bass, pianist, trumpeter, trombone, and flutist. Rehearsals will begin on January 22nd. Contact sherylchasedavis@gmail.com for more information.
Foothills Outdoors’ Brrr Creek Plunge is taking place January 14th at Dalton Cheek Canoe Access off Highway 705 in Robbins. The theme this year is "Wild Card", so bring back a past costume or try out a new one! The plunge is at 2:30.

The CARE Group is taking over the Fair Barn (200 Beulah Hill Road South) in Pinehurst on January 19th from 7 to 9 pm for a night of cheesy bling, bingo, music, food, and drinks! General Admission is $25.00 which includes admission and 5 game cards to play. All proceeds go towards CARE Group programs.
