Bring the kids out to the Boys & Girls Club of the Sandhills’ annual fishing tournament at Cardinal Lake (657 Walnut Street, US 1 South) in Pinebluff on Saturday, August 19th from 9 to 1. It’s free for kids ages 3 to 16. Bring your rod. If you don’t have one, there will be plenty available. Bait will be provided, and prizes will be awarded in several categories. Lunch is free for all kids.
