The Carolina Philharmonic will present a free Easter Eve Celebration, live from Owens Auditorium at BPAC on Saturday, April 3rd at 7:30 pm. Experience the last week of Christ through scripture readings alternating with music including Bach’s “Jesu, Joy of Man’s Desiring,” Barber’s “Adagio for Strings,” and of course, Mascagni’s “Ave Maria,” and the beloved Easter hymn, “Jesus Christ is Risen Today.” The Carolina Philharmonic will be led from the keyboard by Maestro David Michael Wolff in this free virtual hour-long concert and Easter service all in one. Visit carolinaphil.org for access to the free live stream and more information and celebrate the Passion of Christ and the joy of Easter with the Carolina Philharmonic.
