Carolina Animal Rescue and Adoption or CARA is having their 16th annual “Run for Their Lives Fundraiser” on Saturday, August 24th at Kiwanis Park in Sanford. Proceeds from the five/ten/and 15 k challenge help keep the shelter in operation. For information visit cara-nc.org.
