Pinehurst – The Fourthfest Parade will take place at James W. Tuffs Memorial Park in Pinehurst from 10 to 1; followed by the Fourthfest Fireworks Celebration at the Pinehurst Harness Track from 6 to 9 (Gates open at 4)
