Craft, Plants & Bake Sale

Crossroads Community Church, located at 780 Bibey Rd. in Carthage, will hold a Craft, Plants & Bake Sale on Saturday, May 5th from 9 am to 3 pm. Handmade Crafts, a large variety of plants and flowers and homemade baked goods, will be for sale by the ladies of the Church and people here in the Community.

Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive Day

“Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive Day” is Saturday, May 12. This is the 26th year our mailmen have picked up food for our local food pantries. Christians United Outreach Center of Lee County is again the beneficiary this year and will be partnering with the local Postal Workers Union to collect food for Lee County. Come to our free plant clinic scheduled for Saturday, May 19, from 10:00 until noon at the Walmart Supercenter, 250 Turner St., in Aberdeen. We will have a tent outside the patio and garden center. Car Wash Fundraiser
